Products from Mume Plum Farm​

Our friends, Ron & Kiyoko took over the Mume plum farm a few years ago in Orland.
 
They grow Ume fruit from their orchard without agricultural pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
And their first Umeboshi products has finally been released after 3 years of aging!
 
Umeboshi can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, such as putting them in Japanese shochu (distilled spirits), over rice,
marinated with fresh vegetables and so on.
